Dying Light 2, developed by Techland, is the sequel to the infamous Dying Light game, which was an instant hit with millions of gamers. With unique movements, combat and a decent story, it quickly moved up the ladder in the zombie horror genre. The sequel is hosting its first Halloween event, including even more intense action, free for all players.
A trailer released very recently puts the Halloween event called “All Hallows’ Eve” in the spotlight. You will encounter enemies that drop treats players can use to trade with the newly added character “Baka the Unfortunate” who rests in some hanging cage. The trailer teases monsters who look like enhanced zombies with Jack-O-Lantern heads. This event complements the game perfectly. Players can unlock the Jack O’Mask by collecting 6000 treats. Techland’s official site states that there have been 48 million treats collected by players, so by the end of the event, it is considered that they will be able to reach the global goal of 150 million treats. The event started on October 25 and will continue until November 4.
Players are expecting quite some action in the event. They can get seasonal cosmetics included in The Dying Laugh bundle, available from November 3 to November 10. The developers are constantly improving the game by adding more content and updates. This event will likely bring in a lot of hyped-up players for the game. Dying Light 2: Stay Human is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
