Fans might not have to wait for long to see a new “Final Fantasy 16” trailer. Naoki Yoshida, the game’s director and producer said that a new trailer might be revealed next month.
During a Sony State of Play presentation in June of last year, the most recent “Final Fantasy 16” teaser was unveiled. Additionally, it was the first time the publisher explicitly said that the game will be released in the summer of 2023. Square Enix currently seems to be preparing to release another trailer.
“Final Fantasy 16” was one of the winners of the Future Division prize presented in the Tokyo Game Show. Yoshida was questioned on when fans may expect a new trailer of Final Fantasy XVI while he went on stage to accept the prize on behalf of Square Enix.
Yoshida said that he is unsure of how much he can reveal because he hasn’t recently had a chance to speak with the FF16 marketing or PR team. Although he did say, “We should be able to release the trailer in the next month or two… And then, perhaps, I’ll be able to estimate when it will be released.”
